Mr. ODESANYA Adekunle O, - Currently is the chairman of the Board of Audit Committee to the Board of Directors of Fan Milk Plc, company majorly owned by Fan Milk International A/S in Netherland, Danone in France, Abrajj Group in UAE. and very few Nigerians.
He has been involved in all aspects of corporate, commercial & industrial businesses in Nigeria, especially in the field of Company Management and manufacturing economic matters. His experience in corporate & manufacturing industry has spanned all aspects of this area of the industrial management in Nigeria. He was a consultant to British American Tobacco Nigeria Ltd, Teetoo Foods Company Ltd, Skyrun Cocoa Products Ltd & Ecnomic Community Of West African State (Ecowas) Farmers Association.
Mr. ODESANYA Adekunle also has extensive experience in production practice in many compaies, in frozen Desserts / Dairy Foods, Bread & Confectionery and Beer Brewing & Drinks production and has been involved in the formation, maintenance and regulation of business entities in Nigeria.
Adekunle Odesanya is an Agro Manufacturing Consultant. He is a graduate of Food Science / Technology with additional educational qualification in PGD-Financial Management, MBA-Administration and Doctorate Degree in Administration (In View), (DBA), Ambrose Alli University and also AMCIMN-Marketing.
He has 30 years Production / Management working experience with multinational and Nigerian companies in various capacities especially in the food industry such as Fan Milk Plc (Kano & Ibadan factory), Associated Breweries, Tekobo Confectioneries, Abeokuta & Teeto Foods Ltd: companies producing drink, frozen desserts /dairy product, Beer & Malted drinks, Table Water, Bread & Confectioneries.
He engages in Services on Production System, Management, Equipment Design, Industrial Pest Control/Fumigation, Research and Development of Food Products, Industrial Raw Materials Development, Real Estates, Human Resource /Out-Source, Merchandising, Financial Review/ Management and Capacity Building.
